CareersWhat We're Looking For

Manufacturing (Product Supply)
Manufacturing (Product Supply) What We Do

The objective of the product supply organisation is to optimally integrate the contribution of engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, distribution and customer service in order to provide a sustainable competitive advantage in cost, quality and responsiveness.
Core Objectives

  • Oversee capital and construction projects.
  • Engineer and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Manage maintenance, electrical and systems engineering.
  • Coordinate materials management and finish product supply chain.
  • Analyse costs.
  • Lead production and support teams to deliver results.

Internship Opportunities

Internship/co-op positions are available to qualified individuals. Although related experience is not a prerequisite, there is a preference for students who are entering the final year of their technical degree program in electrical, mechanical, chemical or related engineering sciences. The intern/co-op program is the source of many of the full-time hires.

Interns/co-ops become part of the plant's management team and are exposed to many facets of manufacturing management, including team-based work systems, cost management and production planning. Interns/co-ops develop both their technical skill and their general business skills. Interns/co-ops will be challenged by the fast-paced, competitive markets in which P&G operates, by an analytical approach to the business that requires thoroughness and self-discipline and by an environment where facts and logic carry authority.

Working in Product Supply

The product supply environment challenges you with early and meaningful responsibility for budgets, operating results and management of other employees. As part of a Global Business Unit, manufacturing sites are strategically focused on driving innovation and speed on a global basis. Our career planning process allows employees to become experts within a specific function or to consider opportunities in other functions based on skills, interests and organizasional need.
